LOST OR STOLEN ATM OR CHECKCARDS:

1. Call 1-866-546-8273 to report the card lost or stolen and obtain cancellation confirmation number.
2. Contact Bartow County Bank via email or call (770) 387-8417 to provide Confirmation # to the bank after calling 800 # listed above to cancel your card.
3. Verify your account transactions with a Bartow County Bank Representative.
4. Complete a card application and bring it to a nearby Bartow County Bank branch. Your new card will arrive within 2-3 weeks .

Lost or Stolen Credit Cards

1. Call Card Security at 1-800-325-3678
2. A representative will gather necessary information and immediately block the account.
3. A new account number will be issued the following business day and new cards be issued to you. You will receive new cards within 7-10 business days.
